A B2B CRM Pipeline Built for Reddit & X Leads

The LeadLinx CRM Pipeline is a Kanban board with five stages — New Lead, Contacted, In Discussion, Won, and Archived — for managing prospects extracted from Reddit and X. Save a lead from any search, drag it through your pipeline, add notes, and generate an AI reply without switching tools.

How do the 5 pipeline stages work?

Every saved lead starts in New Lead. You drag it to Contacted / Outreach Sent once you reach out, In Discussion / Replied once they respond, and Won / Closed or Archived / Disqualified once the deal is settled one way or the other. There is no manual data entry — a drag between columns is the only action needed to update a lead's status.

What can I do with each lead card?

Each card shows the lead's source (Reddit or X), an AI intent score (Hot, Warm, or Cold), and a precise classification tag — High-Intent Buyer, Alternative Seeker, Problem Venting, or Disqualified. From the card, you can add a private note, generate an AI reply, open the original post, or remove the lead from your pipeline.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the LeadLinx CRM Pipeline?

The LeadLinx CRM Pipeline is a Kanban-style board for managing leads extracted from Reddit and X. Every lead you save from a search moves into the pipeline, where you track it through five stages, add notes, and generate AI replies without leaving the board.

What are the 5 pipeline stages?

New Lead, Contacted / Outreach Sent, In Discussion / Replied, Won / Closed, and Archived / Disqualified. You move a lead between stages by dragging its card to a different column.

Do I need to save a lead before it appears in the pipeline?

Yes. The pipeline only tracks leads you have explicitly bookmarked from a search. Raw search results stay in your live search view until you choose to save them, keeping the pipeline focused on leads you have already decided to pursue.

Can I generate AI replies directly from a pipeline card?

Yes. Each card has a Generate Reply button that writes a personalized outreach message using the lead’s original post as context, without leaving the board. This is a Premium feature.

Can I export leads from a specific pipeline stage?

Yes. A status filter above the board lets you export leads from a single stage, or all stages, to a CSV file that includes author, company, score, status, notes, and the original post link.

Does the pipeline show which source a lead came from?

Yes. Every card is labeled Reddit or X, alongside its AI intent score (Hot, Warm, or Cold) and its precise classification tag — High-Intent Buyer, Alternative Seeker, Problem Venting, or Disqualified.
