3. User Accounts & Account Suspension
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in abusive usage of our APIs, or perform fraudulent activity. Account suspension may occur without prior notice and will result in the forfeiture of any remaining credits.
4. Billing, Payments & Subscription Lifecycle
Recurring Billing
All subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. By providing your payment method, you authorize us to charge your subscription fees through our official third-party payment gateway. We do not store your credit card details on our servers; all sensitive payment data is securely handled by our payment processor.
Non-Refundable Digital Goods (Credits)
Due to the nature of digital goods and AI processing costs, allocated credits are strictly non-refundable once consumed. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle. Subscription renewals are also non-refundable.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
In the event of an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. We request that you contact our support team to resolve billing issues before initiating disputes with your financial institution.
5. Limitation of Liability
LeadLinx provides AI-generated leads based on automated extraction and classification. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or conversion rates of the leads provided. You acknowledge that AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate results, and LeadLinx shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect business losses arising from the use of or reliance on our lead generation data.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by LeadLinx. You may not reproduce, download, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without express written consent.
7. Service Availability & Maintenance
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, LeadLinx does not guarantee that the platform will be available 100% of the time. We may occasionally need to take the service offline for maintenance, upgrades, or due to unforeseen technical difficulties. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any scheduled downtime, but we are not liable for any disruptions in your ability to access the service.
8. Acceptable Use & API Limits
You agree not to use the platform in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the service. You must not use the platform to scrape, mine, or automatically extract data in volumes that violate our fair use policies or exceed your plan's API limits. Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate rate-limiting or account suspension.
9. Independent Project, No Designated Jurisdiction
LeadLinx is an independent project created and operated by Tarek Al Dali — it is not a registered company, corporation, or legal entity. As a result, these terms do not designate a specific governing jurisdiction or court venue. If you have a dispute or legal concern, please reach out through the contact page first so it can be resolved directly.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or request account deletion from your dashboard.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through an announcement on the platform dashboard. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the service.
